Two line items. No surprise fees. Self-serve signup if you're ready, or talk to us first if you're still scoping.
One-time onboarding — $3,000
Paid once when you sign up. Covers:
- Train-the-trainer orientation with BoreReady
- DLI-approval packet preparation (we bundle your docs; Don at DLI reviews)
- Platform setup for your business — provider record, branding, portal access
- Your first trainer account with password-set link delivered by email
Per trainee — $1,000 at enrollment
Billed the moment you add a trainee to a training. Invoiced monthly so you get one bill per cohort, not one bill per trainee. Covers everything through card issuance and the immutable 3-year audit trail DLI expects.
Example math: a 10-trainee cohort = $13,000 total ($3k onboarding + $10k seats). Your card-issuance and audit liability scale linearly with no surprise fees.
Year-3 refresher
Priced separately when the refresher track ships. Your first cohort renews in 2029, so we have time — current pilot customers are grandfathered into refresher pricing when we set it.
