Terms of service
BoreReady is currently in pilot phase with a small cohort of DLI-approved training providers. These terms apply to pilot-phase use and will be updated before public release.
1. Acceptance
By using BoreReady, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
2. Eligibility
BoreReady is intended for training providers approved by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry under Minn. Stat. § 326B.198, subd. 3(b), and for learners enrolled in such providers' programs.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of all content you upload (curriculum, learner records, cohort rosters). You grant BoreReady a non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely to operate the platform on your behalf. We don't sell, share, or repurpose your data.
4. Our platform
BoreReady is built on the open-source Frappe LMS stack with a custom compliance layer. The custom layer is proprietary to BoreReady; the upstream LMS remains open-source and portable.
5. Uptime
During pilot phase we target best-effort availability. We'll communicate planned maintenance in advance and move quickly on unplanned outages. We don't offer an SLA during pilot.
6. Termination
Either party can terminate a pilot engagement with 30 days' notice. On termination, we'll export your data in CSV format and give you 60 days to migrate.
7. Liability
BoreReady assists your compliance recordkeeping but doesn't replace your obligations under Minn. Stat. § 326B.198. Ultimate responsibility for DLI compliance rests with your provider organization.
